About KEMAC

Industrial powder-system experience since 1978.

Company capability

Engineering systems, not merely supplying equipment.

KEMAC SDN. BHD. designs and manufactures equipment and complete systems for powder transport, dust collection, bulk-material handling and process machinery.

Our role begins with understanding the material and operating duty. From there, KEMAC can carry out calculations, equipment sizing, general arrangement, detailed design, fabrication drawings, manufacturing, assembly, testing, installation support and commissioning.

Keeping engineering and manufacturing within one organisation improves control over fit, access, maintainability and the interface between individual machines. It also gives customers a direct technical route when operating conditions change or future modifications are required.

What customers should expect

  • Comprehensive Process & System Assessment
  • Engineering-Led Solution Development
  • Application-Specific Equipment Design & Sizing
  • Integrated Manufacturing Accountability
  • Site-Specific Installation & System Integration
  • Long-term local support

Engineering and validation capability

Front-end engineering can cover concept development, process philosophy, equipment layout and system sizing. Detailed work can extend into 3D plant modelling, fabrication detailing and structural verification by finite-element analysis.

For difficult materials or uncertain duties, KEMAC can support engineering decisions with pneumatic-conveying trials, material-characteristic studies, thermal investigation, vibration analysis and in-situ balancing.

Industries and duties

KEMAC equipment is used where powders, dusts, granules and process air must be moved, contained, separated or controlled. Experience covers fine chemicals, food, detergent, cement, flour milling, palm-oil processing, fertilizers and other dusty bulk-material operations.

Why the structure matters

One technical owner across the system.

Process first
Equipment selection follows material behaviour and operating conditions.
Design continuity
Calculations, layouts and fabrication details remain connected.
Manufacturing feedback
Workshop experience informs future engineering decisions.
Serviceability
Access, replacement parts and maintenance are considered during design.
End-to-end capability

From process concept to an operating plant.

KEMAC combines engineering analysis, fabrication, automation and site execution under one technical owner.

Front-end engineering
Concept design, process philosophy, layouts and system sizing.
Detailed engineering
3D modelling, fabrication drawings, FEA and equipment integration.
Manufacturing
Laser cutting, press-brake forming, welding, assembly and workshop testing.
Turnkey delivery
Mechanical, electrical, PLC, installation, commissioning and performance verification.
